Now - Classes Available to Non-Members
We offer a six-week body-sculpting programme that works, reducing hips thighs and tummy. A weight loss of 14 lbs in six weeks can be achieved with this unique programme, with fat loss that stays off. Group classes for companies are also given at our fitness centre.

Breakfast Club Workout: An excellent early morning total body workout.

Aerobics and Body Sculpting: For weight loss, conditioning, tone and shape.
Yoga: Power Yoga designed for flexibility and stretching.
Corporate: Company classes can be arranged for groups of 10 or 12 on a weekly basis.
