Body Sculpting
I have always applied creative ways to ensure all my clients are in the best of shape and now I would like to share my latest insights with everybody through my own website. This site will hopefully be full of gems of information to enable everyone to share in the latest sculpting techniques used by the stars to promote fitness.
In starting this website I want everyone to be able to access, for themselves, important nutritional, lifestyle and mental well being articles, sculpting methods and tips on the proper way to motivate yourself.
Body Sculpting is all about cardiovascular strength training which is designed to shape and tone your body without building muscular size or bulk. My course was developed with the general public in mind so do not mind if you have not got the latest equipment, improvise and use everyday household items from brushes to bags of sugar. This course will start you on your way to achieving your maximum potential. I will also teach you the proper way to work out with weights.
Why do body sculpting?
Reduces body fat.
Firms arms, legs, thighs, abdomen, hips and increases agility.
Improves your sense of balance and overall strengthens muscles.
Provides an aerobic effect for the heart.
Rejuvenates the body when it's tired.
Slows down the aging process.
Generally puts one in a state of well-being, with little impact to the body.
How does it work?
Body Sculpting is working with gravity to cleanse your tissue cells and act as an oxygenator, which, in turn, strengthens the heart muscle and valves.
Men have held the secret far too long. The secret is that weight training is the fastest and most effective way to shape up! For the last 30 years, I have been teaching Body Sculpting techniques and to-day many of the top stars in the world practice my philosophy. This opinion is shared by a vast array of medical professionals and organisations including the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Why weight training?
Let's start with the most crucial reason: Osteoporosis is a bone-crippling disease subject to most people - particularly women. This disease involves the loss of bone density and is usually associated with aging. The musculoskeletal system -- the foundation of the body -- slowly becomes weak and brittle. The result is the loss of functional capacity and independence. Research shows that regular weight training, or some other form of strength training, can increase and maintain bone density thereby reducing a woman's risk of developing osteoporosis. This has proven to be one of the most beneficial preventive measures available.
Weight training is also the most efficient way of increasing lean muscle mass. It has been determined that around the age of 20, one-half pound of muscle will be lost each year unless some sort of resistance weight training, or other form of strength training, is incorporated into your exercise routine. Over a period of time, the result of this muscle loss can be devastating.
In the proper format, a weight training program will help to increase cardiovascular fitness. Once you become familiar with the proper form and principles of the weight training exercises, you will decrease the resting time between sets as well as move between sets which will help keep you at your target heart rate. Body Sculpting is not only a shaping workout for your body, but a cardiovascular workout for your heart and a strengthening workout for your bones.
In addition, studies have shown weight training to be safe and effective even for the majority of the senior population! Muscles respond immediately to resistance training and everyone, regardless of age, has the capacity to increase strength. There is no excuse to not get started. However, as in any physical fitness program, I recommend that you consult with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program.
