We offer a number of options for your staff - depending on time / workload.

Choose one or both of the two HR Modules on our day programme.

5.00pm  Finish with a complete handbook of the diet,  exercises and mind mapping will be available to participants.

To achieve more controlled results we suggest you do a follow-up half-day programme six weeks later which will give the staff a chance to put into practice all they have learned on Day 1 and be focused towards this comeback session. They can ask questions and discuss how they did over the previous weeks. When staff develop these new habits and mind maps they will have them for life, setting themselves free from feelings of being lost, fearful, weighed down. The aim of this programme is to set the mind free.

On our anti-aging programme it is optional to have a specialist doctor attend and to speak on anti-aging medicine and treatments etc. We would recommend Dr. Pierce Phelan, who is an anti-ageing specialist.

2.00pm  Weight loss - rejuvenation, feeling as good as you can to increase your vibrations and energy

3.30pm  Exercises for anti-aging - relaxing techniques

5.00pm  Finish with diet advice and book provided
